Contact the owner of the site you are already linking your site to and ask them to add the rel="do follow" attribute at the end of your link and it will become a do-follow backlink.
If you are the site owner all you need to do is follow these steps.

ii. Click on the TEXT if you are using the VISUAL editor, locate the link you placed and you should see the beginning starting with <a href="example.com">, In front of the second double quotation marks add the rel="do follow" before closing it.
